In this guide you will find general information about logging in remotely, however should you need a new NinjaOne invitation supplied to you by us, please email us at support@mesait.com.au or create a ticket in the portal. Else, please check your personal email for the invitation.
I'll guide you through connecting remotely to your work computer.
To access your device at any clinic, use NinjaOne. Start by opening the email sent by NinjaOne and click the "Accept Invitation" button. Subsequently, you'll be prompted to establish a password and authenticate via SMS or a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app.

Before proceeding, ensure that you have installed NinjaRemote on the computer from which you connect from. Click to download for Windows or for Mac. Please click on download, then run the installer and complete the installation now.
After installing ncinstaller-x64.exe, click on the "Remote Login" button located on the right.
Accept the connection prompt in your browser.
